Tell us, who are you?
I was born and raised a “smålänning”, but moved to Skåne, found love and decided to stick around. I now live with my wife, two daughters and a cat in Lomma. I’ve spent the last 15 years in entrepreneurial, innovative companies – small and large – in various roles managing product development, marketing and sales.

Why did you want to join us?
First of all, I love entrepreneurship and innovation. I think it’s the energy, optimism and the feeling of creating something new that’s so compelling. Second, I love to learn new things. Third, I have always had an interest in financial markets and business management. When I saw the job at LU Holding, I realized this was a very rare opportunity to combine all these interests together, so I jumped at the chance.
 
And the biggest challenge?
I have worked in many startups. Being an entrepreneur is not a walk in the park. You need support, to stick it out in tough times, but sometimes you also need to have your visions and plans questioned and picked apart. Striking the balance will always be a challenge.
